Grant Writing

Sometimes there’s a staffing gap and you just need assistance with a single application. Sometimes you want to give working together a trial run before committing. Whatever the reason, crafting a single grant proposal from scratch takes between 5 and 25 hours, depending on the complexity of the application. 

Have an application that was rejected that you would like to revise and resubmit? Includes a read-through to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement, and a narrative rework to tailor an existing application for a specific funding opportunity.

Available hourly and on retainer. Can include researching prospective funders and crafting a deadline calendar.

Fundraising Audit

Where are you leaving money on the table? A fundraising audit reviews your organization’s current fundraising strategies and your data management systems, soup to nuts, to help identify where your organization can improve or streamline its existing fundraising program. Includes a recommendation of systems and best practices to improve donor retention and stewardship. 

What does it mean to be a board member? How can I help my organization when I hate fundraising? Our board coaching services include training on the basics of nonprofit fundraising and making the ask, board member roles and responsibilities, and identifying your core values and developing your personal philanthropy.

Help donors get to know your organization and build a more a lasting connection to your mission. Our web services are designed to enhance your existing fundraising strategy by crafting content for your website, e-newsletter, and social media. We also have experience with targeted fundraising appeals for direct mail, web, and email solicitations.

Analyze several years of giving history to identify individual donor prospects for further cultivation. Then, we can suggest a quarterly donor stewardship strategy to build these relationships up to the point of making the ask.
